Yoga and Mindfulness at the Fluenz Spanish Immersion

One of our amazing yoga teachers, Vilma, at the Fluenz Spanish Immersion, guiding our Spanish students at the end of an intense day of study. We believe the mindfulness and yoga practice in our program is an opportunity for our participants to integrate all they’re learning into mind and body, to decompress, and sometimes try something new. Mindfulness for Fluency was created specifically for Fluenz by Heidi Klusters. This practice combines both still and movement meditation, clearing the mind and honing focus on Spanish learning.
