Yoga and Spanish in Mexico City: a week of new connections

If you’re looking for the ultimate Spanish-learning experience, you’ve found it. The Yoga and Spanish Journey is the result of two female entrepreneurs who want to lead new ways of practice and learning in their fields. Adriene Mishler and Sonia Gil have devoted themselves to helping others wake up to the world of possibilities around them. Adriene has inspired the world with her yoga practice while Sonia’s Fluenz program has changed the way hundreds of thousands are learning Spanish today.

Last year they came together for the first time under one beautiful roof in Mexico City. The idea was to have some fun, bridge worlds, and transform lives. They designed a program to help you reach your objectives, while opening the mind to new experiences and new connections.

While learning yoga as a full philosophy and principle, and participating in one-on-one sessions, you’ll still get to experience the best of Mexico City: an evening gathering with leading cultural critics, a private dinner party at Pujol, day-trips to Frida Kahlo’s home and other architectural landmarks, as well as an unforgettable after-hours visit to the Anthropology Museum.

It’s a special week of yoga, meditation, Spanish learning, culture and great food with an intimate group of 23 participants.

We hope you will join us when we open back up. Write us if you want updated information on opening dates: guestcare@fluenz.com
