During a recent trip to Oaxaca to scout for the newest Fluenz Spanish Immersion offering, our day began at a historical church in the center of town. Our friends from Pujol in Mexico City invited us to celebrate their sister restaurant, Criollo. And a celebration it was. We can’t wait to share more pictures from that day. This was the perfect spot to gather first, locals and visitors alike, to take in the magnitude of the architecture, the centuries of rich traditional culture, the beauty of this special place. The plaza at Santo Domingo de Guzmán Church offered a fateful introduction to a place that has stolen our hearts so effortlessly.
