From day one, a yoga and mindfulness practice has been central to the Fluenz Spanish Immersions. Learning a language is a unique challenge and opening mind and body is part and parcel of internalizing new words, structures and ideas.
Nothing beats a yoga class at the end of an intense day of study; it’s relaxing and ideal for decompressing and integrating everything you’ve learned. Especially when you have one of our amazing teachers to guide you.
Mindfulness for Fluency was created specifically for Fluenz by Heidi Klusters. This practice combines both still and movement meditation, clearing the mind and honing focus on Spanish learning.
Our goal is to help all our Fluenz Spanish Immersion participants reach fluency, and for that, you need to free your mind.
