Mexico City is not only an ideal place to learn Spanish; it’s also a cultural mecca with a vast number of museums, galleries and archaeological sites. That’s why we’re so keen on creating unique experiences for our Fluenz Spanish Immersion participants. We want them to dive into the city’s treasures and get a glimpse of its complex history. One of these rare gems is the National Museum of Anthropology—the largest and most visited museum in Mexico, boasting one of the world’s largest collections of pre-Columbian relics, artifacts and art.
Each week, we take our Fluenz cohort for a private nighttime visit of the museum and each time we discover something new. No surprise there! With an area of 79,700 square meters and 23 exhibit halls, it offers more than anyone can absorb in one single visit. However, it only takes once to appreciate its valuable heritage and spectacular architecture.
